Adam is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He focuses his broad practice on litigating civil matters, including personal injury, business and employment-related disputes. Adam also advises small and medium size businesses on all aspects of starting and running a successful company.
Adam has tried numerous jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts throughout East Tennessee. He is a dedicated, hard-working trial lawyer who places great importance on the relationships he builds with his clients. Adam takes the time to really understand his clients’ needs and legal goals and can assist clients with virtually any legal dispute or transaction they face. Adam strives to respond to his clients’ requests and questions promptly.
Before co-founding Fisher Russell PLLC, Adam worked for a large regional defense firm where he defended both large and small companies in the areas of premises liability and workers’ compensation. Adam then transitioned to a highly respected local firm where he focused on personal injury, business advising, and employment law.
After ten years of working for large law firms, Adam wanted to make a drastic change. With the use of the MBA he earned while in law school, Adam co-founded Fisher Russell with the goal of providing high end legal representation at a transparent cost. As such, Adam has developed a pricing model that allows clients to make informed decisions. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please give Adam a call.
