Jason E. Fisher is an AV peer rated (Preeminent) experienced trial attorney and has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation and legal matters including personal injury (defense and plaintiff), products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and advisory opinions, contract negotiations, business formations and entity selection, wills and estates, landlord-tenant disputes, purchase and sell agreements, collection disputes, and criminal matters.

Before founding Fisher Russell PLLC along with Adam Russell.   Mr. Fisher was a partner in a large prestigious east Tennessee defense firm where he represented both individuals and companies in all areas of civil litigation. Mr. Fisher manages all phases of the litigation process from investigation, discovery, and pleadings, to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Mr. Fisher has tried numerous cases in counties throughout East Tennessee.

 

Mr. Fisher’s community involvement includes coaching several local youth sports teams and mock trial teams. He is also on the Board of Directors of a children’s charitable organization and acts as an on-screen legal analyst for various television productions.

Adam Russell

Adam is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He focuses his broad practice on litigating civil matters, including personal injury, business and employment-related disputes. Adam also advises small and medium size businesses on all aspects of starting and running a successful company.

 

Adam has tried numerous jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts throughout East Tennessee. He is a dedicated, hard-working trial lawyer who places great importance on the relationships he builds with his clients. Before co-founding Fisher Russell PLLC, Adam worked for a large regional defense firm where he defended both large and small companies in the areas of premises liability and workers’ compensation. Adam then transitioned to a highly respected local firm where he focused on personal injury, business advising, and employment law. 

 

After ten years of working for large law firms, Adam wanted to make a drastic change. With the use of the MBA he earned while in law school, Adam co-founded Fisher Russell with the goal of  providing high end legal representation at a transparent cost.
